I used to offer extensive evaluations of ppc accounts and rarely found negative keywords in them even when they were created by agencies. Anyone using phrase or broad match MUST continually add negative keywords. They\'ll save them a boatload of money.

Thanks for creating the video. I just shared it at StumbleUpon, Twitter, cliKball and FriendFeed so that more can benefit from it.

In my 3+ years of Internet Marketing experiance, I am always so astonished at how many PPC accounts have no negative keywords. Negative keywords are so easy to find by running a "Search Query" report inside of Google Adwords.

I think the reason many accounts don't have negative keywords is mainly based on a lack of knowledge. Negative keywords are sort of a hidden feature in Google, Yahoo and MSN. If a company or person didn't know much about PPC and just wanted to throw up a few keywords, inserting negative keywords isn't really an option that is shown to you.

If you are reading this and have no negative keywords in your account, please find some negative keywords and insert them into your account because you will definitely save a good percentage of your spending.
